Fantastic product and workflow. I have this in addition to Rhythm, which I am perhaps a bigger fan. They work well together though, and together they are amazing. The Synth Editor and Components make this much more versatile than initially assumed. Only Gripes: I haven't had the opportunity to work with external gear yet, aside from a brief experiment with Volca FM. -It seems that the preset Midi implementation for Volca FM wasn't quite accurate, or maybe it was designed for the FM2. I would love to see the option to add different effects, or to have more precise controls over effects. Rhythm has the capacity to do something similar with its "Grid FX" would love it if we could get different more controllable Delays/Reverbs for Tracks. No ratcheting micro steps for the MIDI is a bit of a whiff, have a hard time understanding why it is not an option for the internal synth, but is for the sampler portion of the device. A tangible manual would be an excellent inclusion as well. Although after the multiple updates on the last generation circuit, I guess I understand. Those are my only serious complaints. Sure it would be great to have many additional features, (I could make long wish list...for example: Novation has nothing on the FM front, so why not make a simple FM synth that could be implemented on Synth2. Also the device has failed to make me a decent sandwich.) but I am unaware of the technical limitations of the device. For the price point, nothing beats this device. Great sound quality from the engine. Sample time feels generous, sequencing is a breeze. Good connectivity as well. Hoping the sequencer does as good a job on external devices as it does with the internal synth. Assuming it does so, and with a small improvement on time FX, Id give it 5 stars. For now, 4.6

still learning to use. I come from playing guitar for years to trying this. difficult to learn, but I like what it does so I keep on until I master the device. once I figure it out I might get a rhythm as well.

Item has great build quality, incredibly flexible music production tool, and the only other synth that's given me this much bang for my buck was it's older brother, the original circuit digital

I have been watching videos on many products and decided that this was one for me. It really works on my workflow. Buttons, knobs and sound, no confusing display, brilliant.

Para todos los que tengan duda sobre comprar artículos refurbished por novation, les cuento mi experiencia. Adquirí un novation circuit tracks, de entrada la compra fue súper fácil mediante Paypal, no hubo problema y a los dos días de la compra ya tenía en camino mi producto. Soy de México y no me cobraron ningún gasto adicional de aduana, llegó sin problema incluso poco antes de la fecha. Al llegar lamentablemente tuvo un problema el equipo en algunos pads, lo reporte inmediatamente al equipo de novation, me hicieron unas preguntas (subí un vídeo para facilitar la revisión) y me sustituyeron mi equipo sin ningún cargo adicional. El segundo envío tuvo un poco de atropello con la paquetería únicamente. Tampoco me cobraron impuestos en aduana por una segunda entrega. Les recomiendo que chequen muy bien su envío, ya que trabajan con Fedex y pues bueno, deja un poco que desear el servicio de la mensajería. El proceso de devolución me llevo aproximadamente un mes. Ahora tengo mi circuit en perfectas condiciones. Super recomendado y gracias a novation

Pleasure to use!

I’ve had a few of these grooveboxes and I don’t think there is anything that approaches the circuit in terms of ease of use and value - it can be the centrepiece of a hardware-based setup. If you have friends with other grooveboxes or synths it’s trivial to hook them up to collaboratively jam together! It’s lack of screen is its biggest benefit, as unlike every other groovebox on the market, it is virtually 100% muscle memory. There is no menu diving or focusing on a 2” screen, you just blast out music at the speed of light. The synths and sound parameters are simple enough to grok immediately, yet have enough depth when editing patches on computer to keep you busy for years. I only wish we had hardware like this when I was first getting into the hobby. Pair it with a good set of headphones and you can just get lost in your own little world.

Am pretty new to hardware like this, but learning so much! it's limitations really push me to structure songs better, and you can lay down any beat in seconds! having endless fun diving in so far, and looking forwards to hooking it up to some volca's or p.o.'s It did crash on me once, but the last save was still present. It does normally save where you are when you turn it off normally. This is the only reason it's getting 4 stars instead of five.

arrivé une semaine après la commande, emballage nickel à l'arrivée et bien emballé. je regrette simplement qu'il n'y est pas de fiches techniques d'utilisation pour la prise en main ? donc le pour l'utilisation je mettre un commentaire plus tard.

It’s easy to play and understand

Amazing and innovative product. All Pros, No cons. Embedded battery(wow). SD card storage. Stereo Line Input. All the marvelous features of Circuit. The super-quiet output. USBC connection. 5din midi jacks X 3, infra-lightweight, etc. etc. ... N thumbs up.

Great machine, so much fun to use and is of incredible quality. The only thing it lacks is usb audio out to record each channel individually into a DAW. This feature would simply make the product and I can’t imagine there being any products which could beat it, especially in that price range.

Very versatile groovebox, quite intuitive to use, and for an excellent price point! Received it a few days ago and I'm already pumping some cool beats, without any prior experience, it's that easy!
