Update: Information for e-store customers

In light of current events, we'd like to give you an update on what's happening at the Focusrite and Novation e-store, and provide information about our dispatch guarantee on orders placed by a certain time.

From an operational standpoint, all orders are being sent as usual. We constantly monitor and update our online stock level, so everything that is showing as in-stock on the website is in our warehouse and ready to ship. Outside of the USA, our dispatch guarantee ensures that orders ship on the same working day, if placed before 5PM BST. Please allow 1-2 days for dispatch in the USA.

In terms of shipping and delivery, International customers in some areas may experience slower service than usual, and there are a very small number of areas we can't deliver to. We are, of course, at the mercy of local restrictions and the capabilities of our shipping partners. For an update on the operating status of our couriers, please check out DPD for UK orders, and Fedex for Europe, the USA and the rest of world.

As a global online equipment store, we feel it is vital to support artists, engineers and producers in these difficult times, ensuring you can continue to create, record and produce the music you love. We take staff well being very seriously, and we have taken steps to ensure our staff are safe and are operating within local government guidelines, while continuing to deliver your orders as normal. Our e-store team is working remotely at full capacity.
