The interface itself is sturdy construction, handsome, clean looking, with a very small desktop footprint. It is the perfect companion for a singer/songwriter wanting to make quality demos to pitch. Whether it be a simple guitar/vocal, or multi instrument, everything you need is right at your fingertips! The microphone is clean, crisp and natural sounding for vocals and acoustic guitar recording. The headphones are very comfortable, with no coloration to the audio, just good clean sound to mix by. I am disappointed. I needed multiple customer service calls to get it to work and that is after countless hours of following the long list of instructions. Now after all that it is not compatible with Protools, which was a selling point for which I purchased it. It is also not recognized by other programs I was planning on using it with to stream podcast. The softtube bundle is a joke, as I could never get the ones that come with license to work. Unless you are a computer guru who enjoys fixing bugs and multiple instillations look elsewhere. I will probably sell it and start again with something that is a simpler plug and play system, if such an item even exist.
