The product was ordered to arrive before Christmas however delivery was delayed until after for some reason. It comes with Ableton DAW plus a number of free plugins, however Ableton is not the easiest of programmes to master so I haven't yet used the product yet for recording.

Works well with mics (preamp), guitars, line inputs, Midi etc. as well as multi-output Check out the free additional downloads, well worth the time spent registering. Connects in seconds to Mac, very low latency. Just be sure to run the configuration program to select appropriate devices, levels, configuration, etc. and to set your DAW to the right latency. The gain knobs are super easy to optimize for incredible sound with excellent Signal to Noise ratio. Excellent product for the price.

The refurbished deal on the 4i4 was great value. I did experience some problems with regular audio playback in windows on a brand new Dell XPS15, my Deezer application would stop playing randomly. On another, older PC it seemed to work fine

The 4i4 3rd gen is a fantastic little box. The internal mixer for the 4 ins and 4 outs is well designed. You should be aware that the front panel volume dial only controls outs #1 and #2 (#3 and #4 are always at line level on this particular model). It also has 2 internal loopback channels that allow you to record sounds emanating from applications running on your computer. The mixer software is intuitive. The pre-amps are of excellent quality. The ASIO driver (I use a PC) integrated flawlessly with my DAW software (Reaper). Two thumbs way up!

This is a very handy little interface. I got it for its mobility: It's bus powered and it has 4 analog outputs to run tracks and click separate. I haven't explored all the various options yet, but I suspect I'm going to use this Scarlett in a lot more scenarios than I initially anticipated 😁

I upgraded to this interface from a Scarlett 2i4 just to find out that I could not use both of the outputs with volume control from the front knob. It's very baffling as to you would design this interface this way. I unfortunately had to go with a different brand interface to suit my needs

I had to trade-in my Saffire Pro 14 because it wasn't compatible with my new Mac. I've just started using the Scarlett 4i4 3rd Gen and was impressed by the straightforward set-up, which was helped by some very useful short videos. It's doing all that I wanted it to do, and all that the Saffire Pro 14 did. Yet to test it with new notation software. The Focusrite Control panel looks clear and uncluttered.

I bought a refurbished unit direct from the site with the full 3-year cover. However, the first one was DOA (dead on arrival) and the second one lasted a couple of hours and then wouldn't work. So, I am concerned about the quality. However, each time I contacted support, they arranged for a collect/replace which was great (not come across it before) and saves a lot of time. The third unit arrived, works well and I have tried it with recording instruments and voice and it seems to be working very well. It is easy to use, well thought through - I especially like that certain functions are turned on or off on the computer and not the unit - for example, changing an input from line to instrument and that it is very clear on the unit what choice you have made. All round, it is a very good product although I am pleased I have a 3-year warranty as I now have a little nagging doubt after the failure of the first 2 units. But that said, I would use them again.

All round, it is a very good product although I am pleased I have a 3-year warranty as I now have a little nagging doubt after the failure of the first 2 units. But that said, I would use them again.

Hello, Please your urgent support on this matter. FedEx came today to deliver my order 132289 but they asked me to pay a bill of 47,868 Chilean Pesos, equivalent to USD 57.32 (document attached at the end of the e-mail). When I bought my product online it was very clear that Focusrite policy was "Free Worldwide Delivery on all orders over US$200.00". This issue had already delayed the 2 days lead time agreed so we have the following 2 options to solve this issue ASAP: 1. You pay to FedEx and program the delivery for tomorrow. 2.
