Why should I trade in?

We're offering customers to get the latest Vocaster gear. Trading in gets you a 25% discount code of the full price, to use on Vocaster One Studio, Vocaster Two Studio, Vocaster Broadcast Kit, or Vocaster DM14v microphone, and ensures your old gear gets a new lease of life or recycled for spares and repairs.

How do I trade in?

Head over to our Microphone Trade-In page, fill out the form and answer a few quick questions about the USB microphone you're going to trade in, and the Vocaster gear.

What product can I trade in?

Trade in your old USB microphone. It can be any model from any brand, no matter the condition. If your current or old USB microphone is not in great shape we'll let you know where to send it for recycling.

When do I get my code?

Once you've submitted your details, you'll receive an email letting you know that we are processing your details. It will usually take between 3-5 working days for our team to authorise your upgrade.

Once our team have processed your upgrade, you'll receive an email with your 25% discount code which can be used on your purchase of Vocaster One Studio, Vocaster Two Studio, Vocaster Broadcast Kit, or Vocaster DM14v microphone from our e-store. Be sure to check your spam/junk folder as sometimes emails maybe sent to those folders.

Where can I use my code?

Your 25% discount code can only be used on the e-store at store.focusrite.com.

What products can I use my discount code on?

You can use your code on either Vocaster One Studio, Vocaster Two Studio, Vocaster Broadcast Kit, or Vocaster DM14v microphone, to get 25% off full price.

How many times can I use my code, and can I use it on multiple products?

The discount code can only be used once.

What happens to my old product?

We will send you details of how you can send your old USB microphone for recycling and where to send it.

Does my discount code expire?

Yes. Codes will expire up to a year after being issued.

Who can take part in the Microphone Trade In Programme?

The Microphone Trade-In is only open to customers based in the UK & USA. Check out the Terms & Conditions for further details about the programme.

Can I combine my code with other promotional offers or sales?

Unless otherwise stated, discount codes cannot be combined or used with other offers, promotions or sales. Codes cannot not be used on refurbished products.

Can I use my discount code on other products?

Codes can only be used on either, Vocaster One Studio, Vocaster Two Studio, Vocaster Broadcast Kit or Vocaster DM14v Microphone.

What if I want to trade in my other old Focusrite or Novation gear?

If you are in the UK or USA you can upgrade your old gear for new using our Studio Trade-In (for UK customers), or US Studio Trade-In (for all US customers).

What if I change my mind and want my old product back?

All trade in transactions are final. Unfortunately, we are unable to send you your old unit back at a later date.
